Why I wasn’t selected for an experience?

Selection is intentional and based on multiple criteria. Not being selected is not a penalty and does not require explanation.

Selection depends on:

  • venue criteria
  • participation history
  • community balance
Can I apply again for the same experience?

It depends on availability and eligibility criteria.

Most experiences can be accessed a maximum of two times within a 30-day period, per location.

This rule helps ensure fair access and balance within the community.

You are encouraged to apply for other available experiences in the app.

Why can’t I apply to certain experiences?

Some experiences have specific criteria, such as:

  • age requirements
  • participation limits
  • frequency rules

If you don’t meet the criteria, the option to apply will not be available.

What happens if I cancel an experience?

Cancellations are allowed only with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations may result in:

  • account warnings
  • temporary access restrictions
  • suspension or permanent removal
What happens if I don’t show up to a confirmed experience?

No-shows directly impact partner venues and the PRIVEin community.

This behaviour is monitored and sanctioned automatically.

What is the warning system?

PRIVEin uses an automated internal discipline system that may include:

  • notices
  • warnings
  • temporary suspensions
  • permanent removal

Consequences depend on impact and recurrence, not explanations.

Can I appeal a warning or suspension?

No.

All decisions are system-based and non-negotiable.

What does a temporary suspension mean?

During a suspension, you cannot:

  • apply for experiences
  • attend PRIVEin events

Access is restored automatically once the suspension ends.

In what cases can my account be permanently removed?

Permanent removal may occur due to:

  • repeated violations
  • aggressive or abusive behavior
  • fraud or misrepresentation
  • intentional damage to PRIVEin or partner venues

This decision is final.

How does PRIVEin select members for experiences?

Selection is curated based on venue criteria, member activity, and overall community balance.

Not all members are selected for every experience.

How are warnings and suspensions handled?

PRIVEin operates an automated discipline system.

Minor issues may result in warnings, while repeated or serious violations can lead to temporary suspension or permanent account removal.

Can I share access or login with others?

No.

Each account must represent one real individual.

Shared access, impersonation, or misrepresentation violates PRIVEin standards and may result in permanent removal.

Are members required to post content?
